Dreadhead Mama

Yesterday the boys and I attended a backyard birthday party that was super fun. Both Satchel and Jiro were really excited by the vast array of bubble blowing devices. In his attempt to shower me with bubbles, Satchel got his favorite toy stuck in my hair.


I'd like to thank my friend Andria for spending a good 30 minutes trying to untangle my hair from it (without accidentally hitting the 'on' button once) and then when unsuccessful, having the breakthrough idea of dismantling the toy.

The propeller popped right off and I found myself with one perfectly formed dreadlock right on the top of my head.
