We camped out in the Caldonia State Forest and awoke to discover we were just 15 miles from Gettysburg. What I thought would be a quick visit turned into a four hour tour.

Prior to this visit I had no idea that Warren was such a Civil War history buff or that my kids knew so much about weapons!

The highlight for Satchel was having a pretend battle with a kid he met near Devil's Den who was dressed in full Civil War regalia. Jiro liked climbing to the top of this monument the best.

The highlight for me was the milkshake I split with Satchel at a near by BBQ shack.
