Braces: Now on the other kid

In a rare twist of events, Jiro is the expert on something: braces. He wanted to go with Satchel to get his put on and was very sweet about offering advice.



As you can see, they were definitely needed.



He's getting them both top and bottom, but Dr. Brad is easing him in. Just the tops for now.



It's weird, but I guess in a good way, that he is actually excited about having them. It didn't hurt that Dr. Brad gave him a huge bag of goodies including a Sonic Care toothbrush, electric water pick and all sorts of other fancy tooth cleaning parafernalia.

To celebrate, we hit the Whole Foods breakfast bar. Satch was able to load up on food before his teeth started to hurt too much to eat.
